Due to the nature of our products, Sawyer J. does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect product.

To request assistance, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

9. Product Care & Use

Our products are intended for everyday personal use.

Customers are responsible for using products according to their intended purpose and following any care instructions provided.

Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper storage, misuse, modifications, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered manufacturing defects.

10. PU Leather Products

Our PU leather accessories, including The First Cue™, The Second Cue™, and Final Check Pocket Mirror, are intentionally designed with a structured fit.

Some products may feel snug when first received. With regular use, the material will naturally soften and stretch slightly, creating a smoother fit for your beauty essentials.

The natural breaking-in process is expected and is not considered a product defect.

11. Studio Grip Socks

Studio Grip Socks are designed for use on clean, dry indoor surfaces.

Grip performance may naturally decrease over time with repeated wear and washing.

Please follow all care instructions to help preserve product quality.

12. Intermission™ Hydrogel Under-Eye Patches

Our hydrogel under-eye patches are intended for cosmetic use only.

For external use only.
Avoid direct contact with the eyes.
Do not use on broken, irritated, or inflamed skin.
Discontinue use immediately if irritation or discomfort occurs.
If you have sensitive skin, perform a patch test before use.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Sawyer J. makes no guarantees regarding cosmetic or skincare results.

Opened or used skincare products are not eligible for return or exchange.

However, colors, textures, embossing, stitching, and finishes may appear slightly different depending on:

Lifestyle photography is intended to demonstrate product use. Props, cosmetics, and styling accessories shown in product photos are not included unless otherwise stated.
